Windows 7 "Start Task Mngr"
When opening Task Manger, no options are displayed, except cpu and memory utilization, menu bar and tab options are not present. You can not right click on it or anything ...only option is shut down to remove it from the desktop.

Double click in the border of the window.

You can press the Esc key to remove it from the desktop.

The other tabs can also be displayed in a full window view, you then have to double click the border to get back to the standard view.
